PROPWASH 8 October 2019 HOFWelcomes “Rags” Grenier By the HOF Membership At the 2019 NAMBA Nationals awards banquet in Salt Lake City Utah, District 11 Director Richard “Rags” Grenier was inducted in to the NAMBA Hall of Fame. “Rags” Grenier has been a NAMBA member since 1995. He saw the need for a New England district in NAMBA and successfully petitioned what is now known in the New England states as NAMBA District 11. During his tenure as a NAMBA member, Rags has been the only District Director, District 11 has known. He has hosted many district races, communicating with his district with a district newsletter after each race and has provided many articles for the NAMBA Propwash newsletter. District 11 hosted and “Rags” contest directed NAMBA Nationals in Rollinsford, New Hampshire in 2005 and 2012.
