76 ANDDRI Arrive and Drive is a recruitment program that started in Dis- trict 9 by District Director Chris Wittrig inspired by the Zig Zag Racer Challenge of the Grand Prix Classic of Alfred Lanza and Roger Hooks in the early to mid 2000s. The purpose of the program is to create the lowest barrier of entry possible for new and interested parties to experience the fun, thrill and excitement of RC Boat Racing provided and supported 100% by the members of District 9. All that is required is that they pay the race and NAMBA single entry membership fee.
