Dear National Contestants: I would like to personally welcome you to the 2019 NAMBA Nationals. I am thrilled you are able to join us for the 48th annual running of this great event! The comradery and enthusiasm for the NAMBA Nationals is unlike anything I have been involved in and is what makes this event so special. I have always felt the best part of these races is spending time with people that I do not get to see often. I encourage each of you to make the rounds often, meet new people and attend the planned events, because the friendships made can last you a lifetime. I am excited to see how the newly introduced “Dark Day”, on Wednesday, July 10th, will promote friendship and allow time away from the lake to recharge. Utah offers some beautiful scenery, a diverse culture and fantastic dining. Here is just a small sample of what you can expect to find: Concert Venues - Hogle Zoo - Liberty Park - Olympic Venues Park City - The Living Planet Aquarium - Temple Square Usana Amphitheatre - Water Parks - Lagoon - Tracy Aviary This is my third Nationals and I am honored to be working with such a great race committee.
